Reece is an accomplished entrepreneur and B2B expert. He co-founded Hunter Jones in 2013 and has developed and curated an enviable network of leading business-to-business innovators within some of the UK’s most dynamic investment companies.
Reece began his career as a Sales Advisor and became Head of Sales within just a few years. He is the firm’s subject matter and due diligence expert and Technical Advisor for all property developments.
Reece devotes his time outside of the office to his wife Charlene & daughter Violet as well as enjoying his passion for football. If Reece was stranded on a desert island, he would take ‘The Very Best of the Rat Pack’ album by Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra & Sammy Davis Jr with him.
Portfolio Director
Daniel is the firm’s Portfolio Director and has been with the team since Hunter Jones’ inception. Daniel graduated from University in 2009 and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Illustration and has been a top performer in every institution he has worked for since
Daniel is a keen fitness fanatic. His ambitious and competitive nature is apparent when playing cricket and football. If Daniel was stranded on a desert island, he would take the ‘Off the Wall’ album by Michael Jackson with him.
Senior Account Manager
Elliott graduated from Kent University in 2012, after studying business for 3 years. While at university, Elliot founded a corporate event company. The company’s success was as a result of Elliott’s ability to understand and meet his client’s needs and objectives.
Elliott’s knowledge of the property market has enabled him to ensure his clients are able to build a strong and diverse portfolio.
Elliott plays cricket and tennis and has represented Essex County in both sports. If Elliott was stranded on a desert island, he would take the ‘The Best of M People’ album by M People with him.
Senior Account Manager
Chris graduated from University with a first class degree in Accounting and Finance, followed swiftly by a Masters degree in Banking and Finance.
Chris is an avid fitness fanatic and enjoys playing football and rugby. He has captained his rugby team to two regional trophies.
Chris also enjoys spending time with his family and if he was stranded on a desert island, he wouldn’t take any album with him as albums are old fashioned!
Senior Account Manager
Kirsty started out in the property market at just 17 years old and built her own portfolio at 20.
A qualified property specialist, Kirsty has worked for several top estate agencies in London for 13 years. She won the Top Estate Agent award for the Arun Estates.
Kirsty is incredibly sporty and has represented Great Britain in both ice hockey and roller hockey. Kirsty, would not take a music album to a desert island – unless she could make some sort of sport out of it.

Funds for investment are paid directly from the Investor to the Property Bond / Loan Note Issuer’s bank account.
